Help Wifi question

I have been blocked by a WIFI network. Is there a way to change something on my phone to let me back on the WIFI network?

No. And it would be illegal (theft of service) if you could. The owner of the wifi router decides who can use it.

Do you have a WiFi Router? Many places have public WiFi that allows people to use them. If your router is not letting you log into it using your pass word,i would call your router support.
