Hello, General, No, you are not accidentally turning it on. From what I understand there is a setting that I haven't completed trying but it is under Settings, go to Connections/ More Settings if you have an S4 phone ( it may be little different in other S series phones) Mobile Networks then. After that Go to Connections Optimizer and UN check it if it is checked. If it is not checked that probably is not your problem The performance on your phone may suffer a little but you can always turn WiFi back on if needed. Try this because many people have responded positively after they have tried it. It also makes sense. I know your inquiry was on June 2 but just in case you have not found a solution yet or reply.
