Help Wifi Stops after inserting SIM CARD

I have a nexus 7 which works perfectly with my home wifi, after I put my sim card, the mobile network does not turn to data mode and even wifi stop working. then I remove the sim card and wifi continue not working until I do the reset factory. the message is ( not in range ) or (saved, connection ) for wifi.
does any body know this problem.?

That is indeed a pretty ugly behavior. Did you try to reconnect to the router after removal of the Sim card. Resetting to factory each time is certainly not the solution.

And when you insert the Sim card, you may have to connect to the mobile network. I have no Sim capable N& so I don't know the details.
