Help WiFi Sync

Does anyone know of a WiFi sync app/program that will sync large files, I need files synced between notebook and tablet, tried several, bought one and not found one that will work transfering all files, transferring around 10 gig total.

Have you tried AirDroid? It doesn't sync, but it will let you copy files via WiFi.

What OS on the pc? If it's Linux, it's a piece of cake. Windows, you're on your own.
