WIFI Teather trouble...

Guy's & Gal's I tried this http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?p=38199950 but didn't uninstall the wifi tether app first, Now SuperSu shows the app I installed - but there is no app to click on to try it... any ideas on how to fix this?

You shouldn't need to install Wi-Fi Tethering first, that zip installs it. Redownload, remove, wipe cache and dalvik, reflash and you should be good to go.

I rooted my s2 D710 then I installed the wifi thether TrevE mod but it's no working it'll start but it won't connect to other devices help someone

Did you try what was mentioned two posts before yours?

I tried something else really easy /settings /security /device administrator, you should have something like phone info, if you do go to the market get uninstall master uninstall the app (send it to the trash bin, then download wifi tether 3.3 beta 2 install it open the app on settings change device to epic touch 4g, wifi reload check box and you should be ready to tether (hope it works)

You know I finally used that tether app today, it worked like a charm. I did have to remember to turn off the DS battery saver so it wouldn't sleep my data connection. I had a fast connection for being only 3g too. I have had it on my phone quite a while, but never had my laptop with me until today lol...
