Help Wifi tether trev e mod shutting down. Please Help.

Boost Mobile ZTE Warp 4G model #N9510 ANDROID Version 4.1.2 rooted stock. Tether version 3.3-pre2. After starting tether it runs for maybe a minuet then a message pops up at the bottom of the screen that says: What the hell. Your phone takes back control over the Wi-Fi interface. Wireless tether immediate shutdown. Tether shuts down and my Wi-Fi on my phone quits working too. After I restart my phone the Wi-Fi works again. Ive tried turning off connection optimizer and other Wi-Fi options. I turned screen lock off on options in Wi-Fi tether so the screen stays on. Nothing seems to work. It worked fine for about a week after I installed it then this started happening. I would appreciate it if anyone could help. Thank you.

Yep, same problem here. I've been using WiFi Tether Router by Fabio Grasso

It happens when u turn the screen back on for some reason, never figured it out. The one bc mentions works.

Just figured it out. I had usb debugging on. I turned off developer options and now it works perfectly. I hope this helps you guys too. If wifi tether doesn't broadcast a signal when it turns on. switch setup method to Netd-Ndc from auto or to auto from Netd-Ndc then it will broadcast. Enable wake lock to keep screen from turning off.

i just made a thread about the settings lol. im not using the treve mod version but the regular wifi tether app.
i listed the settings there. its in all things root
