Help Wifi weak after Kitkat Update on S4

I just updated my phone to the new 4.4.2.

My home wifi is now weak and I've read others have experinced this same problem but I haven't found a solution. I was hoping to find one here.

My solution was to call up my carrier and have them replace the phone.
