Help Wifi will not turn on ???

I have a Samsung Galaxy S4 SGH-i337 AT&T and when i go to turn on the wifi it blinks on then off real quick and then I get a security notification, I got this phone for a good deal but now i am starting to regret it

I tried flashing the firmware with odin as well but it keeps getting stuck at nand write, can anyone clue me in on this ?

Bring it to your carrier and see if they can reflash it for you. If they can't, you have a hardware problem.

Pull the battery for about 5 to 10 minutes. Then put it back in. Try that and let us know if that worked. I had to do that to mine after 4.4.2 update.

I tried everything i could, it was still under warranty from samsung so i sent it in for service
