Help Wifi won't work on my phone!?

I have a lg optimus f3 and every time I connect to any WiFi I check it's status and it says 54 Mbps (1st pic) then I back out of settings and go back and then it shows 1 Mbps (2nd pic) . I don't understand why this happens I know it's not the WiFi because I've tried it with other phones and it works. I have rebooted it, factory reset, took out the battery and none have worked. Does anyone have a solution.

Happy holidays to you and welcome to the forums. Hmmmm WiFi problem I see you tried a few things . well a few that you didn't try . are you rooted or modes in any way shape or form
 
Who is the carrier your with

go to the home screen and then open the Settings menu. From here, tap on Wi-Fi and make sure the box next to Auto connect is not checked.
