Help Wild search app appeared...

Was just piddling around on my A200 when...this wild search app appeared. Dunno where it came from and I know I didn't download it. I did get some random pop-up scam while I was reading some article on the web, anybody know how to get rid of it?

In the image its the icon titled "Search" at the top of the screen.

Not sure if this will solve your problem, but I have an app called "Air Push Detector" on my phone that searches for then deletes apps like the one your having issues with. Not sure if it will work with the tab, but I don't see a reason to not try it. Who knows, you might find a tablet specific one while looking for or downloading the one I suggested.
