Help Wildfire cant find HTC Sync Anymore

Newbie
Have been using HTC Sync and Wildfire no problems. But now the phone cant see the Sync application anymore. Sync on PC says no device connected. Phone does a search then gives up.

any ideas?:)
 
Thanx Jamadant. I to have the HTC Wildfire and wasn't able to use HTC Sync either and i enabled the USB Debugging and its working now Thank You!
 
There is no logical reason at all why that should work, but it does. Never would have thought of trying that.

My Wildfire used to sync absolutely fine but has recently become very reluctant to do so. I've tried switching on USB Debugging, restarting the phone, deleted HTC Sync and reinstalled - no joy. The cable has worked in the past and I've tried the one that came with the phone but no joy. It just says No Device Connected.

Does anyone else have any suggestions?:confused:
