Wildfire not booting

my htc wildfire had fallen down but was working for the next 4 hrs. i got phone calls used applications installed in phone memory used vol keys and used power butoon for turning off turning on screen. But when i tries to use poweramp app which i am guessing was installed on sd or the song i wanted to play was on sd it kind of got reseted .
Then there was a screen on turning on saying
BUZZ PVT SHIP S-ON
HBOOT-1.01.0002
MICROP-0622
TOUCH PANEL-ATMEL03_16ac
RADIO-3.35.20.10

And then some options like Fastboot with red background,bootloader in blue background and then reboot reboot bootloader and power down.



the volume key and power button have freezed and not able to move . I was once able to move the options and use power button for selecting and rebooted used it for a little while but once i turded it off it was doing problem like this again.
then again once after trying for 2 hrs i was able to use power butoon but this time i choosed recovery in some sub option i stayed at the htc startup screen for whole night and when i started again then it still had this screen .


Now after trying for 1 day i am still stuck with this bootloader option screen and not able to move the options or use power button . Please help!!!

Could you be a little more specific, like are you stuck on a screen, does your device turn on then shows a blank screen?

Could you also provide some information about your device whether it is rooted or not, and recent changes you have made to the device

i would suggest a RUU, but if the phones volume keys don't select anything in the bootloader i wouldn't go for it. hardware failure maybe?
