However since then the phone has proved difficult to activate by which I mean it is often difficult to pull the ring up to open the phone, or when it rings to answer the call. Hi sadly the same thing has happened to me, had the screen replaced and then after a short it went all funny, I went back to the phone shop several times as the screen just didn't work properly and he told me it was a software issue? but I was insistent that this only occurred after he touched my phone and took it apart, so in the end the phone was reset, this worked but only for a few more weeks and I'm now having the same problems, did you get your's sorted?

Since updating software to 2.26.161.1 the problem seems to have fixed itself, I'm now able to use the HTC as normal.

i have the same problem, you said it fixed with the software update, would that same update be available for the metropcs version of this phone

Hi folks my daughter broke her screen and I bought a replacement off ebay and fitted it, but it did not work, I contacted the seller and was told there is more than 1 type the old scren was REV 1 the new one was REV 2 (written on the connection tape) it was replaced by the seller very quickly and when i fitted the correct version it worked perfectly, so the key thing is to get the correct REV screen.:o
