My friend brought her phone to me, she was in tears. She tells me she wanted to change it from Virgin Mobile to Verizon Wireless. She has gotten it unlocked, but when she tried to use her recovery it just gets black screen, first you see 2 green arrows going in a circle with white exclamation point, then you see a phone with the with red triangle & exclamation point on the black screen. Can anyone help use please? I had told her what a big help this site was for me in fixing a phone that I was given that was soft bricked. So we thought we ask.
