Help Will installing custom will solve my problem?

[Manoj Sahu]

I have a Micromax Canvas Fire 4 (Model A107). It has following problems:-

1. It is not showing network coverage on both sim cards.
2. WiFi and Bluetooth have completely stopped working.

Other than above mentioned all the things such as camera, music, video recording are all good and working. So i would like to know if i install custom ROM will it solve my problem.
Detailed and self explanatory answers are very welcome. Thank you for help in advance....
