Will my Tab 4 take full advantage of the speed of my 48 MB/s Class 10 microSD card?

I have a Tab 4 8-inch Wifi version. Will it take full advantage of the speed that a SanDisk Class 10 Ultra microSDXC UHS-I Memory Card offers?This card is advertised of having a speed of 48 MB per second.

If my Tab 4 can't take full advantage of this type of microSD card, please tell me what is the best class/type of card my Tab can fully harness?

It sure will! Plus, as Samsung helped develop the exFAT file system with Microsoft that all 64+ GB SD's use, no reformatting is needed out of the box. I use a Transcend 64 GB Class 10 card with similar specs on my Tab 4, 7 inch. Works great.
