I'm having an issue with my phone that verizon says may be a software issue. They want me to do a factory reset and see if the problem persists. If it does then they need to replace my phone...this is all what they told me.
If it's rooted I've heard that my warranty is voided. So I want to make sure it's unrooted just in case I have to send it back to them. That's why I need to know if the factory reset they want me to perform will unroot the phone or if I'll have to do that manually.
