Will PPS apps on android installed on samsung device ( note 2 ) affect the wifi internet quality?

My family members are Samsung users and installed PPS mobile apps (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=tv.pps.mobile&hl=en) into their devices. Just wondering will this apps affect the home internet quality
(wifi)after started it on mobile devices (hand phone), even after that not using it to watch any video or movie.
Because normally when a PC installed PPS software and run it 1 time, after that when restart the PC, this PPS will automatically running the software itself. From task manager we can find out PPS is running. When we run PPS previously before shutting down the PC and switching on again next time, it runs automatically and affecting the home internet connection a little. It can only be deactivate to run automatically from start up setting, but Android dont have such function to check will PPS apps affecting it or not.

Please help.

I cannot find reference to the concern you have... but do recall having to get rid of my old router in favor of a nice new modern (at that time) "N" router to handle the increase on the network.

I see that the app developer has an email invitation for questions such as yours: tiankong@ppstream.com. Perhaps if you give that a try, you'll get a specific response.
