Help will smartphones heats up while using 4g

hi,. I own a moto g4 play it doesn't shows any heating on gaming and multitasking .But it gets heated while using 4g heat can be felt on the front speaker portion and back sim card portion .If we are not using data it gets cool down quickly .No heating on battery .Heating is only on speaker and sim card portion .Is this normal or any fault in the phone radio receiver or any other stuff..

Browsing using mobile data generates heat, and 4G, which is doing more processing, usually generates more. But those are just generalities; I don't have experience of this particular device so can't say whether what you describe is normal for it, just that it might be.
