Will this have damaged S20

New S20 arrived … wife used the ‘pin’ tool to insert new SIM but did not realise the holder was back to back fir SD card.
She then tried the pin in the other small hole at top of phone. (Top right) and the similar hole bottom left.

Thinking those would pop out a holder.

Will inserting tool into those holes have caused any damage.

Quite possibly, I'm afraid. One of those holes at the top will be a background noise cancellation mic, while the one at the bottom will be the main voice mic. If the tool actually went into the hole it could have damaged the diaphragm.
