Root Will this rom work for CDMA?

Hey guys, I went to XDA's Everything Desire is here thread and at the CDMA/USCC section I see this:
[CDMA] Cool3D AceS Sense 3.0 v6/18th/December/2011 so I click on it and it says GSM/CDMA in the title.

Here's the link to the rom.

I've looked through the thread and I didn't see anything talking about a GSM/CDMA converter. So is this rom safe to flash on both GSM/CDMA?

The XDA thread doesn't mention it, but if you follow the download link to the actual ROM page (Cool3D AceS v6 Bravo | Cool Devs) then you will find the GSM-CDMA converter linked there.
