Will TMO Leave the UK? Who Will Take over?

Wait...what?

So they want T-Mobile to leave the UK and focus of the US? =/

Are they saying profits are bad in the UK or the US?

Because the last time I checked...T-Mobile were 3rd in the rankings in terms of number of subscribers (behind Vodafone and O2)

Yeh this is a bit of a difficult matter tbh.

If they do merge with another company can us G1 subscribers cancel our contracts? Would be nice to cancel and get out early and pickup a magic or a Samsung in June!

Highly doubt they'll let us leave that easily....

Probably force you into a new 2 year contract with someone else, hah. Weird. That's interesting though. I don't know anything about UK wireless providers, but if T-Mobile is 3rd doesn't that like.. make them last?

Hah, I don't know.

If T-Mobile UK merged with another carrier, you would have an option not to move and enter into a new contract as there would be a major change in the T&C's of your existing contract.
