it would be an awesome thought to do that but the only problem is is that not many tablets have the gift to upgrade to kitkat so in turn to find a kitkat rom to smush cram and squeeze into your tablet and run properly (excluding nightlys) is far fetched, the problem would rely on the internal jazz of your tablet accepting a neighboring tablet with the GIFT!.
not all tablets are built the same but if you wait it out and maybe let kitkat become bigger and grow (in turn releasing more firmware and the goodys) im pretty sure your tablet would be running brand spanking new 4.4.0 in no time

sorry man but i just dont know anybody working with kitkat yet except for CM maybe
