Will turning off Unknown Sources break already installed non-Market apps?

Will turning off Unknown Sources break already installed non-Market apps? Might turning off allowing installs from Unknown Sources throw my Sprint Evo 3D into boot loops or worse since I have TWRP installed? As is known this will not allow the Masterkey & FakeID bugs. I have a rooted HTC Evo 3D running stock Sprint ICS 4.03 TWRP recovery & S-on. So can I uncheck allow install from unknown sources & turn it on when checking for updates from F-Droid? And still have functionality of all non-Market apps?

My further concerns are if the above won't work. That Exposed Framework needs S-off. When I rooted a year ago I couldn't find a way to S-off that I felt comfortable implementing.

Bluebox scanner shows my Evo 3D is vunerable to bugs 8219321, 9695860, 10148349 & 13678484. Using ReKey app shows my Device Secured. While Bluebox still shows the same 4 bugs. SRT AppScanner shows only bugs 8219321, 9695860 & a new bug 9950697.

I'm asking for help to plug these vunerabilities.

Thanks so far so good. Also uninstalled ReKey, Bluebox & SRT AppScanner. Not needed now that I unchecked allow install from Unknown Sources.

AFAIK 'unknown sources' is just for the installation. Once installed the app is installed and that setting will have no effect until you try to install another apk from 'unknown sources'.
