Willing to make wallpapers

I would say wait (not cos torrent is naughty :p) but just cos its so much better to here the tunes in high quality compared to low fi cam etc....aaaaaaanyways :D

it looks just AWESOME eyebeam...looked perfect on the phone, although I need to redo a launcher setup for it to use...as I'm running Launcher 7 right now...so have a black wallpaper nothing else...but am VERY VERY tempted to go to the standard ASOP launcher just for this..

I DO have the wallpaper as my netbooks wallpaper though...(yes I downgraded my laptop for a netbook....was just a better idea for me really) and it just looks so damn AWESOME :D:D:D:D

Hmmm... It may just be the screenshot, but it doesn't look like it's saved to your phone in full resolution. To check, go to your gallery, find the wallpaper, open it, hit menu, then details (or something close to these steps) and make sure it's 960x800. If it's not, try using the download button on the picasa page to save it. Or, save it to a computer and USB or email the full sized version to your phone.

It's weird - Some phone's browsers don't seem to play nice with Picasa anymore. :mad: Now that images automatically resize here (large pics used to screw up the thread - see page one as an example...) maybe I should just start posting 'em all in full resolution.

Edit: Ah, that looks much better. Thanks for the screenshot!

Sorry man - No luck finding that Miami/Kansas St. one in anything close to large/hi-res enough to look even marginally acceptable at your tablet's resolution. :(

No, I don't. I haven't done many tablet sized ones. First, I've gotten very few requests for them. Second, they are hard to do because it's much more difficult to find images to use that are large/hi-res enough to work at that kind of resolution. Also, the program I prefer to use (SumoPaint), doesn't handle huge, multi-layer images all that well. Thus, the few I have done, I've had to keep fairly simple.

2. in regards to your art package, have you tried gimp?
 
I will say, I through the name of GIMP out there, I don't use it myself anymore after getting paint shop pro 9 back on my system and finding the layers easier to manage as I was having trouble before...hence moving to gimp..

it was alright but then I'm not a graphic artist or even anywhere close lol
 
Can you tell me the name of the girl from "Mitsu Evo 1 Android" wallpaper from your very first post. I really ♥ your artwork. I would love to see some of this for Desktop wallpapers too. :)

First off, welcome to AF.

Sadly, I don't know her name (or phone number, for that matter... ;)). Just found that pic in a search.

And thanks for the kind words. I really do appreciate it.

As for desktop wallpapers, see my post above, #3461, that partially explains why I haven't done more desktop ones. Another reason is that really, most of the time, these phone ones keep me plenty busy for a hobby. That said, if there's one that you'd like as a desktop, let me know which, and what resolution you need, and I'll let you know if I can manage it.

I would love the Mitsu Evo 1 Android if it's posible. And if you can post the girl wallpaper only if you did re-edit it and it's good enough for desktop wallpaper.
My monitor is 4:3 (1280x1024 or 1600x1200).

Alright - I know I can do just the background and girl at that size. Are you saying that's what you'd prefer, and I shouldn't bother wit the car or logo (which I'm not sure I can do anyway...)? Also, not sure what you mean by "girl wallpaper only". The girl original is just her on a plain white background.

Edit: OK, I can do the car & logo, if that's what you wanted. Let me know.
 
Eyebeam, I was wondering if you could hook me up? I would like the below pic without the grey circle.

With this as the background instead of the white! Maybe the logo toward the bottom of his feet/knees so I can still somewhat read it. I don't want to be able to completely see the logo just enough of a portion to make it out. If that makes any sense.
