Root Win 7/8 rom

Get a windows phome then lol, seriously though there are no windows 7/8 roms. Completely different OS, and while yes someone could make a rom that looks like it ot womt be win 7/8. Its still gonna be android with a crappy windows looking theme. Trust me i saw a rom here for some phome a while ago amd it had a themed rom to look like a windows phome and it doesnt look like the real thing. The layout was just poor.

Why need a windows phone when I have an Android o.O? And there are certain themes to get the look such as WP7 theme for android. But look adequate. As for launcher such as Launcher8 and Windows 8 for Android, it's ridiculous lol.
 
I have an lg spectrum with a win 7/8 ROM so I don't know why it is so crazy. Don't get me wrong I don't run it, I run cm 10.1. But my brother liked the windows ROM.
Edit: the ROM for my phone is wp 7/8

You sure it's a ROM fully wp7/8 or THEMED to be WP7/8?

And could you provide a link to the ROM for your phone?
