Help "WIN" floating icon appeared, malware?

This floating icon just appeared on my third-gen Moto G running Android 6.0. The icon is a yellow pouch with two smartphones in it and "WIN" in red letters on the front. I can move it around, but it snaps to the side. It also floats above some other apps (i.e. it appears not on just the homescreen). I haven't clicked on it, for obvious reasons. Doesn't show up as an app in the app menu. I haven't downloaded anything lately and have only been using my usual social media apps.

Anyone seeing the same thing? Here's a screenshot.

I have the same icon. Clicking on it does nothing. I wonder if it's related to TouchPal. A few months ago they started putting a floating icon on the screen 2 or more times a day that opens a news page. You must click on it to get rid of the icon. Towards Xmas, they started using a moose (might have been a reindeer) head and a snowman.

F-ing annoying. And I'd like to stop them.

It's definitely Touchpal putting it there. Touchpal is "free" Chinese adware/spyware, not recommended IMO.
