What does it mean " window limit has been reached" .how do I close other windows so I can open the one I want. Thank you

I assume you mean on your devices web browser. Depending on which device you have and which browser you are using it may be a little bit different. If there are tabs at the top of the screen, they usually have an "x" on them that you can tap to close.
Or try hitting the menu button on your phone and look for a windows option. From there you may be able to swipe between open windows and each window will have an "x" probably in the upper left corner.
