Windows 10 does not see my S7

I am using the USB connector that came with the S7. But, for some reason, the S7 does not show up in Windows 10 file explorer. Am I missing something? Does anyone else have this problem? TIA

After plugging it in swipe the notification bar down, click the notice "connected for charging", then select "Transferring media files".

I didn't have to do anything with Windows 10 Pro. After I plugged in my S7 to my laptop using the USB cable a windows popped up saying "Installing device...". After it was done there was a portable media device in "Computer" under "Devices an drives" called "SAMSUNG-SM-930A".
