Root Windows 7

So I have the app launcher 7 and ita pretty cool, but I was comparing it with my friends htc thats actually running windows 7 and the phone does some awesome things the launxher doesnt, such as interactive icons and the screen angling. I was wondering if theree was a rom floating around that is based off windows 7 or if its even be possible to do.

This is too weird. Skinning Android to look like WM7.

What does an interactive icon do?

The text icon winks is one for example. The screen also kind of has a pan effect on it when you move around on the sides of sides of the home screen. I just like the looks of it, but hate the flaws of windows and stock htc phones.
