Mine were installed when I hooked up the phone via HTC Sync.

Bumping this thread because I can't get my Evo V to be seen properly in Windows 8 X64.

I've installed a number of different drivers, including the ones here. My computer sees the phone as an external drive, but when I click on it, it starts to quickly fill the green bar at the top of the win explorer window, then slows to a crawl, then stops just before it finishes. I've let it sit a long time and it doesn't seem to ever finish.

Are there any suggestions? Thanks!
