Unless Quattro Pro have a version for Android, then no.

There are emulators that allow you to run Android apps on Windows (like the dev environment), but so far as I know there is no way to run native Windows apps on Android.

Hi

But there are apps on Android which can work well with Excel files. Eg kingsoft office I guess qp can export to that format although I have not used quattro pro for 15 years.
