So I want to quickly make a small app that has a few buttons that spit out information, and some toggles that alter variables. Now if I were making this for PC I'd throw it together in 5 minutes with a Windows Form, but I want this on my phone. Does anyone know of any tools or SDKs that would provide something similar?
