I am new to Android, being a long time Windows Mobile user (5 phones in a row). I jumped ship due to the whole market-share thing and some curiosity. I already miss all my voice notifications in my bluetooth headset when I receive e-mail or calendar alerts from my Exchange server (especially while driving) but I'm hoping to figure out how to enable those soon (newbie issues?).

Voice notification? I don't think I've ever had a phone that provided voice notification of email and calendar reminders... especially over a bluetooth headset.

I checked the market and the only thing I'm finding that might provide a partial solution is
