Root Windows Phone ROM?

Just been trying for ages to install the WP74.1.zip ROM onto my HTC DHD after failing miserable I ask on these forums why it wont work and only then I realise its for a totally different phone doh!

Was really excited to use it but abit gutted now!
Cant seem to find an actual Windows phone rom for DHD either

Please tell me there is one somewhere and I just cant find it?

You can't really get one.

I remember looking at one before, but it was android with a few apps that you can get from the play store.

Actually tempted to buy a windows phone I like them that much, ROM would of been much cheaper boohoo

I guess you are rooted, since you are posting in the root section? Have you considered a Windows theme? I would have thought that there were plenty available?

Phone is rooted yeah, havent looked into themes just yet. Hoping for a ROM but if not will look into themes yeah

The Windows "ROM" I mentioned before was based on MIUI , and just used apps like these :

realise that's a lot of different ones, but you can easily search for WP7 or windows phone 7 into the play store .

I used Metro Messaging beta, Launcher 7 , Icon7, WP7 Dialler, WP7 Contact and Widget Locker for the lockscreen.

I remember seeing a whole thread about custom icons for tiles on Launcher 7. That with Icon 7 will kit you out WP7 style.
