I'm sure their are some launchers in the play store that mimic Windows.

I personally think those tiles are awful, but that's just my opinion lol

I know I've seen several there, but I can't remember the names of the one I've seen at the moment.

Have a look at what's on SourceForge https://sourceforge.net/ Might be some code on there that tries to emulate the look and feel of Windows 8 & 10 tiles.

You can ask on here of course, but presumably anyone who has done code for this, might be keeping it to themselves just for their product.

I don't think you will find anyone on this forum who actually likes those stupid looking windows tiles......This is an Android forum lol
