Help Windows Wireless Display Adapter with Galaxy S6

Hi all,

I recently brought a windows wireless display adapter with the intention of mirroring from my S6.

I currently seem to have problems with the two devices connecting, My s6 finds the adapter, tries to connect but fails. I then get a message saying screen mirroring failed.

Can anyone help me with this issue?

Thanks for your time.

I also purchased this unit with a Galaxy S6 and could not get it to sync. It was detecting it, but could not establish the connection. I also tried this in the Amazon Fire stick with worse results. It would not even detect the unit. I kind of question Samsung's implementation of Miracast as the potential culprit. Although I've since read that Amazon's Fire stick was still pending Miracast implementation.

I am going to try to see if there is any updates to the firmware on the Microsoft Windows Wireless adapter to see if it makes a difference in connecting.

I'm also having the same problem with the s6 and the windows wireless adapter . Will there be an update with the latest android 5.0 for the adapter?
