Help winusb.dll, need it on my laptop,

ok, so I am trying to use easytether, phone has it, but I guess I need it on my laptop. So I installed it, but when I try to open it, it says I can't because it needs winusb.dll I have tried to find it, but all I get are places to to do scans and pay for it. I don't really want to pay for something if I don't know who they are.

What can I do? Any thought?

This type of .dll error message occurs when winusb.dll file is corrupted or not properly installed. To fix winusb.dll error message, download the missing winusb.dll file from the link provided below

After downloading the missing winusb.dll file, restore this file into System32 folder.
Path to System32 folder is:
C:/ Windows / System32
