I have ported this CM 11 ROM to the LG Ultimate 2 from the L70. This ROM is not yet booting and I am fixing the bug as you read this

Working:
  • The Touchscreen
Not working:
  • You tell me!
Download:
*****Download Links Redacted by a Moderator****

Thanks:
  • The one and only CyanogenMod Team
  • vm03 for the kernel and base files

This ROM comes with a reboot menu that lets you reboot into recovery and it may have a way to boot into recovery from power off. The ROM also has the Google Now launcher built in so when you set it up it will ask if you want to use the Google Now launcher just say yes.

If you do choose to install I will thank you only if you tell me the bugs and stuff. You will be granted $1 for testing and telling me it works. Please look back here for updates in 10 days and don't use the CM Updater. Don't install updates from anywhere else even if it says there is a update. In the Beta I will add a update app but for now just sit and wait.

Also take note I will be releasing a beta version of CM12 sometime in the next 2 months so get ready!

I *might test this, but the gapps link is not working. Ever since I got this tracfone on January 2015, I've been waiting for twrp and roms for this device so that it could run smoother and faster. I can't believe that day is finally here. You guys are awesome! By the way, this might come handy for debloating purposes. Using the stock 4.4.2 rom, I have frozen these stock apps in titanium backup with no adverse effects: browser, calendar, calendar storage, camera, chrome, clock widget, cloud print, drive, eltest, email, emergency alerts, face unlock, favorite contacts widget, file manager, flashlight, gnss air test, google calendar sync, google contacts sync, google play books, google play movies, google play music, google play newsstand, google text-to, google+, hangouts, home theme - lg, lg gnss, lg keyboard lovely theme, lg keyboard natural theme, lg voicecommand, lgsearchwidget, lgsetupwizard, license provider, messaging, music, my account, play games, print spooler, sim toolkit, streaming player, street view, talkback, tasks, unified eula, unused apps, videos, voice command, voice recorder, and youtube. I like to download alternative apps, and I don't really need any of these, so yeah.

That would be great if you could try it out for all of us! What is wrong with the gapps file?

Nevermind about the gapps file. I thought it was a link error because I got a "hotlinking sorry for the inconvenience" message, but I was able to download it. Thanks for pointing that out.

I felt the exact same way when I found out that it had twrp, now this is my life lol

Stuck at the cyanogenmod boot logo (arrow kept going clockwise). Now what? Here are the twrp steps that I did:
1. Advanced wiped everything except micro sd card.
2. Formatted data (typed yes then pressed enter).
3. Swiped to factory reset.
4. Flashed rom + gapps.
5. Wiped cache/dalvik.
6. Rebooted system, and it's now stuck at the logo.

Thats for testing!!!!!!! How long have you let it boot? Takes like 2 minutes. Try booting into CM recovery.
  1. Power off your smartphone
  2. Press and hold "Volume Down" and "Power" at the same time
  3. When the LG logo appears, release the "Power" key and then press and hold it again
  4. When the "Factory data reset" screen appears, release all hardware buttons
  5. Use the "Volume" rocker to select "Yes", and press "Power" to confirm
  6. Your smartphone should be into CM recovery.

It doesn't take me to CM recovery. It goes to twrp open recovery for a while then boots again at the neverending logo.

Try holding down the volume- and power buttons until it gets to CM recovery. And thanks again for testing. Also check your PM.

It doesn't work. It boots to twrp and then I get a running openrecoveryscript message, and then back to the cyanogenmod logo that doesn't boot. I guess I just bricked my phone.

I have also tried this recovery, and am having the same issues. Although mine are slightly different, it boots into the continuous cyanogenmod loading screen, and never allows continuation. I have tried to get into twrp through the factory reset at the beginning, but it just restarts afterwards. Any help on fixing this will be greatly appreciated.
