Wirefly Activation Issue

I bought a Droid Incredible under my wife's number because she used my upgrade, and her's is up now. How do I activate it under my number if your system doesn't recognize that the upgrade can be transferred to my number?

Also, how does this, or how do I, change the plan to my number without encountering problems with service? Thanks.

It all worked out after some calls, emails, and pm's. Took some effort, but payed off in the end.
