Help Wireless Charging now fails on S3

Qi Charger pad and receiver for my Samsung S3 worked fine to start with but now do not charge the phone. Placing the receiver alone on the pad causes the indicator light on the pad to go from green to blue; and output on the receiver (5V) shows that these are working. Same behavior observed (no charging) with original and a replacement battery; so is there a software switch (Android 4.3) that I have inadvertently turned off? Or, is it that I just happen to have two faulty batteries - note that both charge (and hold it) via the USB port.

No there isn't a switch or something to disable it. How long have you been using the wireless charger?

So what you're saying is when you set your phone on the charging pad while it's all put together it doesn't change the color of the light?

I had some problems with a cheap charging pad I got from Amazon. I'm using a Nokia DT-900 now.

Thanks for your interest.
No. The light does change to blue when all assembled, but battery icon does not show the 'dagger' symbol which indicates that charging is taking place. Nor does the pop-up notice appear to state that the phone is charging wirelessly.

Hmm that's strange. Make sure the terminals on the charging receiver are making good contact with the phone. I had to put a piece of tape on mine.
