Help Wireless N Connection

Hi guys... got my new Sensation on Friday and I have to say I love it a LOT.

However; despite my Linksys WRT160n V2 being set to deliver "Mixed" networks, and all the channel settings being set properly for being able to send out an 802.11n signal, my phone is only picking up 802.11g.

Is there a setting somewhere I'm missing in my 'phone which will encourage it to pick up "N"?

Are you running n on the 5 GHz frequency, or 2.4?

Absolutely no idea... how can I tell?

OK so the router is 2.4GHz only apparently... how does this affect my question?
