Root Wireless Tether - Droid 2 Experience

These forums helped me, so I just wanted to share my experience for the benefit of other Droid 2 users.

After rooting my phone with SuperOneClick, I successfully got Wifi Tethering working by doing the following:

#1 Enabling AdhocN on my notebook's adapter
- I'm not 100% sure this is necessary, but it's working

#2 Download & Install Wireless Tether for Root Users 2.0.8-pre1 ***

I got the d2 and I rooted very easily with the z4root and wifi tether with the garden flower wifi works great! Just another option....
