I use my phone on my home wifi and have not noticed it to use a lot of bandwidth. If you just activated a new phone, it may be downloading a lot of updates - maybe even Android version 5.1.1 (mine did). After all the updates, things should return to normal. Maybe that is what you are seeing.

how long it takes it's been three days since I buy and this is always the same problem ??

Depends on your network speed. The Android 5.1.1 update is several hundred megabytes I believe. I would think 3 days would be plenty of time. You probably need to take your phone in to have it looked at.
