wm8850 android 4.1

One of those Chinese Android netbooks? More than likely it can't be upgraded because it would have to come from the manufacturer. And so often Chinese makers don't bother as a rule. This is the version of Android it comes with and that's it.

Can you post the exact details of what you've got, like make, model number, kernel build, software version etc. Because very occasionally there are third-party ROMs available.
