Rumors are it will be with VZW first. It may then get released to other carriers after some time. Again those are just rumors I think google is announcing something next week so stay tuned.

I'm pretty sure LTE is given if it comes to Verizon.

All the leaked specs show it having LTE as well as being a world phone, I can't verify if they leaked specs are correct or not but at least the radio portions make sense to me. Also it looks like VZW will have the Nexus on release for sure, who will get it after release is unknown, my guess would be Sprint will get it sometime.

The SGS came to all the carriers. VZW isn't getting the SGS2 likely because they are slated to get the nexus. Many phones are limited to just 1 carrier.
