Help Won't Accept My Password After OS Upgrade

[Problem Description]
On my recently purchased ASUS tf300TEee Pad Transformer Tablet, I performed the Android operating system upgrade and now when the unit asks for my password, it won't accept what I enter as the password. What is the process to either reset the password or to have it accept the password that I initially set up?

Not sure why your original password isn't working. Did you by any chance set up Google's two factor authentication system?
