Help wont conect to my wifi network ??

Hi Guys , my wifes (stock) SGS2 wont stay conected to my wifi , now my SGS2 will and so does the laptop and ps3 but her phone says "obtining ip adress" then disconnects ???

That also happens to my Galaxy S sometimes, usually when I'm switching from one wifi network to another. In order to fix it I just reset the wifi by turn it off, then back on. There might be another way, but this way works for me.

It might be worth changing the channel your router uses. If your neighbors use the same channel plus your 4 devices running on it, it could cause interference.

Did you try changing the channel? I used to have problems with mine and changed the channel from 7 to 11 and its been fine since.

Look at your router's DHCP settings, and also its encryption.
If its set to do DCHP, try turning that off. if it isnt, try turning it on.
If encryption is set to WPA2, try setting it to WEP or WPA.

The only other thing I can suggest is to specify your own IP address in your handset's wifi settings and give that a try.

ok gone into wifi setting and put inplace "static ip" and inputted all my wifi info , now its says connected but there is no internet access WTF???
