Help wont let me get on ebay

does anyone know why this stupid phone had decided not to let me on ebay today it keeps telling there s no network found retry or check your network settings or that it has been forcibly closed..can anyone help me figure out how to get it up and working again please xxx

Are you using the eBay app or the Website?

Also, are you on 3G or WiFi?

Im using the ebay that was already on the phone when i got it and im using the house internet xx

Does everything else work? Internet, emails etc? Have you tried rebooting the phone?

If a reboot doesn't fix it, try Settings -> Apps -> All -> Ebay -> Clear Cache & Data.
