won't load rom

I've posted this elsewhere so apologies for multiple threads as I find the specific forum.

Phone wasn't rooted but I loaded a custom rom. When I did a factory reset it rebooted into recovery. I've managed to root it from the pc and loaded rom from sdcard, it still boots into recovery every time. heeeeelp driving me further up the wall now.

so I've got it rooted, have clockworkmod recovery up, it's rooted, loaded rom, and still it boots into recovery every time, the first flash screen on boot before it goes to recovery is still the last rom that worked, the one I did the factory reset from that caused this problem....is there anybody out there

so I've totally bricked it now lolI found a 'recovery loop breaker' and now it won't do anything, won't turn on won't charge, total brick....
